In most cases, planning permission isn’t required for our garden rooms, as they fall under permitted development (under 2.5m high). Most homes, even in areas of outstanding natural beauty, have these rights. However, there may be instances where planning permission is necessary. While it is technically possible to install solar panels on your garden room’s roof, we advise against it for two key reasons: First, the small surface area means it would take a long time to recoup your investment, especially since our garden rooms are highly insulated and inexpensive to heat.

Depending on availability we have a 4 week lead time from an agreement to the build taking place. The build will then take anywhere from 7-14 days depending on specification.
