Yes, we offer a range of customizations to make your garden office uniquely yours. While we don’t create fully bespoke buildings, if you have specific ideas, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to offer guidance and explore options with you.

Your garden office is built to stand the test of time. Each comes with a 10-year structural guarantee, and with our top-quality materials it’s designed to last up to 30 years or more.

While you’ll need to arrange a qualified electrician to connect your garden room to your main power supply, all our workrooms come equipped with an external fuse board for easy connection. We’re happy to provide guidance on the setup and can liaise with your electrician if needed to ensure a seamless installation.

In most cases, planning permission isn’t required for our garden rooms, as they fall under permitted development (under 2.5m high). Most homes, even in areas of outstanding natural beauty, have these rights. However, there may be instances where planning permission is necessary. The process is typically straightforward, and we’re here to help guide you through securing approval from your local authority, which we can discuss during our initial visit.

While it is technically possible to install solar panels on your garden room’s roof, we advise against it for two key reasons: First, the small surface area means it would take a long time to recoup your investment, especially since our garden rooms are highly insulated and inexpensive to heat.

We offer free installation within the areas of London and Surrey. Any areas outside these locations will be provided a personalised quote.

Depending on availability we have a 4 week lead time from an agreement to the build taking place. The build will then take anywhere from 7-14 days depending on specification.
