While you’ll need to arrange a qualified electrician to connect your garden room to your main power supply, all our workrooms come equipped with an external fuse board for easy connection. We’re happy to provide guidance on the setup and can liaise with your electrician if needed to ensure a seamless installation.

Do I need planning permission?

In most cases, planning permission isn’t required for our garden rooms, as they fall under permitted development (under 2.5m high). Most homes, even in areas of outstanding natural beauty, have these rights. However, there may be instances where planning permission is necessary.
